Our water system is experiencing very heavy usage. This is likely due to leaks that have developed during the recent extremely cold weather.

We are reaching a point that usage is exceeding the available supply/treatment capacity. As a result, we are asking ALL customers to conserve water as much as possible.

If you have a known leak, it needs to be isolated and/or repaired as soon as possible.

Crews will be out today shutting-off meters that are running extremely high usage or non-stop. These meters will not be locked, but if you suddenly lose service, your meter may be off and you need to address a leak.

We are all in this together - if leaks & overusage is not addressed, everyone will be without water service.
