RESIDENTAL RATE:
First 1,500 gallons $ 17.75 + tax
1,501 to 5,000 gallons $ 7.00 + tax per 1,000 gallons
5,001 to 10,000 gallons $ 9.50 + tax per 1,000 gallons
10,000 to 11,999 gallons $12.00 + tax per 1,000 gallons
12,000 and up $15.00 + tax per 1,000 gallons
COMMERCIAL RATE:
First 1,500 gallons $ 32.00 + tax
1,501 to 5,000 gallons $ 8.00 + tax per 1,000 gallons
5,001 to 10,000 gallons $ 10.00 + tax per 1,000 gallons
10,000 to 11,999 gallons $ 14.00 + tax per 1,000 gallons
12,000 and up $ 20.00 + tax per 1,000 gallons
Water Tap Fees:
3/4 inch $ 1,500.00
1 inch $ 2,500.00
2 inch $ 3,500.00
Other Fees:
Nonrefundable service fee $ 50.00 per connection
NR Service fee with no meter $ 325.00 per connection
Returned check service charge $ 30.00 per returned check
Reconnection fee $ 75.00 per reconnect
Reconnection fee after hours $ 150.00 per reconnect
Relocating Meter Fee $ 625.00 per reconnect
Cut lock fee $ 100.00 per cut lock
Tampering Fee (water theft) $ 250.00 per occurrence
Late payment fee 10% of water service
Renter’s fee $ 150.00 deposit and non-refundable connection fee
